Privacy Policy

Resume files and job descriptions you upload, plus the analysis results we generate from them. Account data when you sign in (email, name, profile photo from your sign-in provider). Technical data such as IP address, browser information, language, and screen size, used for abuse prevention and service improvement. Newsletter email if you subscribe.

Resume content is processed by our AI analysis pipeline solely to generate your report, rewrite, and company recommendations. We never sell your data and never share your resume with employers or recruiters. IP addresses are used to enforce free-tier limits and prevent abuse.

We use the following subprocessors: Google Cloud (file storage and compute), MongoDB Atlas (database), Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Firebase (authentication), OpenRouter and Google (AI inference; resume text is processed transiently and not used for model training by us), and Stripe (payments — we never see your card details).

Uploaded files and analyses are retained while your account is active so your history and dashboard work. Anonymous uploads are retained for service-quality auditing. You can delete your account and all associated data — including uploaded files — at any time from the Account page. We honor deletion requests sent to info@atsgrade.com within 30 days.

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Use the Account page or email us to exercise these rights.

We use privacy-friendly Vercel Analytics (no cross-site tracking cookies) and Firebase Authentication session storage required for sign-in to function.
