ATS Grade analyzes resumes for applicant-tracking-system compatibility and, on paid plans, provides AI-generated rewrites and company recommendations. By using the service you accept these terms.

You retain all rights to the resumes and text you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you. Only upload content you have the right to share.

Analyses, scores, rewrites, and recommendations are generated by AI and provided for guidance only. They are not professional career, legal, or hiring advice, and we do not guarantee interviews, offers, or specific outcomes. Review AI-rewritten content for accuracy before using it — you are responsible for the truthfulness of any resume you submit to employers.

Free usage is subject to fair-use limits for signed-in accounts. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled and are billed by our payment provider. You can cancel anytime from your account's subscription portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

No abuse: do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or paywalls, upload malware, scrape the service, resell access without permission, or upload other people's personal data without their consent.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
